Yoga is not magic or a rope trick. It is not merely a set of yoga asana or pranayama or meditation; it is a science of holistic living consisting of a holistic value system featured by health and wealth, bliss and poise, harmony and efficiency.

How Yoga Can Change Life

We are not just physical bodies but have four more subtle bodies. And pure consciousness forms the foundation of all the five bodies, all creation. And this knowledge base called spirituality should be the basis for social reconstruction. And not just economic affluence and a sense of pleasure as the basis for building an ideal society.

Benefits Of Yoga

Yoga’ offers the man a conscious process to solve the menacing problems of unhappiness, restlessness, emotional upset, hyperactivity, etc; in society and helps to evoke the hidden potentialities of man in a systematic and scientific way by which man becomes a fuller individual. All his facilities- physical, mental, intellectual, and emotional- develop in a harmonious and integrated fashion to meet the all-around challenge of the modern technological era with its hectic speed.

Types Of Yoga

1. Breath- The bridge Breathing practices- Standing, sitting, supine.

2. Loosening Exercises.(sithilikarana Vyayama)

3. Harmonize and Relax.- standing, sitting, prone, and supine posture.

4. Relaxation Techniques (IRT, QRT, DRT)

5. Balance-The Vital Life.(cleansing the breaths)

6. Yoga and Diet(the yogic concept diet)

7. Cleansing- Inside (Meditation and silence)
